Club membership terms.

All memberships automatically renew until cancelled.

Membership applies to house wines only.

Monthly wine clubs Charter Gold, Silver and Bronze are processed as follows*:

Membership dues will automatically be billed monthly on the 28th of the month to the card on file. Dues are collected in advance. Example: Membership dues are charged January 28th, that charge covers your wine bottles and complementary glasses of wine for February.

Quarterly clubs are processed as follows:

The first charge for the membership will be charged at sign up so that you can immediately start taking advantage of your membership perks. Your membership will then process again on the following dates: January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.

Should your payment be declined, you will be notified by email. Please contact us via email at members@incontradavineyard.com or log into your account within 10 days of receiving the email to update your account and avoid cancelation of your membership. Memberships will be cancelled if not paid within 15 days of the billing date.

**Wine subscription if not picked up, will carry over until the next month/quarter. However, at pick up you must pick up your full order. For example: A Charter Club 2 bottle membership must pick up 2 bottles at the same time.

No more than 6 bottles of one varietal at a time, please.

Reserve wines are available for pick up with your memberships. They are limited to equal half of your bottle pick up. Etc: A Bronze 2 bottle membership may pick up 1 Reserve wine, per pick up. A Silver 4 bottle membership may pick 2 reserve wines per pick up and a Gold 6 bottle membership may pick up 3 reserve wines, per pick up.

At this time wine subscription must be picked up as we currently do not ship. We hope to have this feature soon.

Wine allocation must be signed for by an adult 21 years of age or older for pickup.

***Complimentary glasses of wine DO NOT carry over to the next month/quarter and must be consumed on premise.

Not able to visit us for a few months between pickups, no problem. We will hold your wine for you until you come in to pick it up.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Monthly dues will not be pre-rated. Cancellations must be made before the 20th of the month, to make cancellation effective for the following month.

Cancellations are ONLY accepted via email, please email members@incontradavineyard.com.

Upon cancellation of membership any bottles remaining for pick up must be picked up within 90 days of cancellation date. After 90 days, you will forfeit any wines you may have. We do not have the facilities to store unclaimed wine.
