Membership

All memberships automatically renew until cancelled.
Membership benefits apply to house wines only.
Membership benefits are personal to the member, have no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or substituted for other products or services.

Billing & Processing
Monthly Wine Clubs (Charter Gold, Silver & Bronze)

Membership dues are automatically charged to the card on file on the 28th of each month.
Dues are billed in advance.
Example: A January 28 charge covers your February wine allocation and membership benefits.
If you enroll on or shortly before the 28th of the month, your card may be charged again on the 28th for the following month's membership, ensuring uninterrupted benefits for your first full month.

Quarterly Wine Clubs

Your first charge is processed when you join, allowing you to begin enjoying your membership immediately.
Future charges occur automatically on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.

Payment Issues

If a payment is declined, you will receive an email notification.
We may attempt to process your payment up to three additional times.
Payment information must be updated within 10 days by logging into your account or emailing members@incontradavineyard.com.
If payment is not resolved within 15 days of the billing date, your membership and benefits may be suspended or cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

Membership may be cancelled at any time by emailing members@incontradavineyard.com.
To avoid being billed for the upcoming month, cancellation requests must be received no later than the 20th of the current month.
Membership dues are non-refundable and are not prorated.
Once a wine club allocation has been processed, it is considered fulfilled. Refunds, credits, or exchanges will not be issued for processed wine allocations, cancelled memberships, unclaimed wine, forfeited wine, unused complimentary glasses, or any unused membership benefits.
Following cancellation, any unclaimed wine must be picked up within 90 days. After 90 days, all unclaimed wine will be considered abandoned, become the property of In Contrada Vineyard & Kitchen, and will be forfeited without refund, credit, or substitution.

Wine Pickup Policy

Wine must be picked up at In Contrada Vineyard & Kitchen. Shipping is not currently available.
All wine pickups must be signed for by an adult 21 years of age or older.
If you are unable to visit for several months, we are happy to hold your wine while your membership remains active. Accumulated wine allocations must be picked up in a single transaction.

Example: A Bronze member with two monthly bottles must pick up the full allocation together.

A maximum of six (6) bottles of any one varietal may be redeemed during a single pickup, subject to availability.
Reserve wines may be selected for up to one-half of your monthly bottle allocation:

Bronze (2 bottles): Up to 1 Reserve bottle
Silver (4 bottles): Up to 2 Reserve bottles
Gold (6 bottles): Up to 3 Reserve bottles

Wine selections are subject to availability. In Contrada reserves the right to substitute wines of equal or greater value if a particular wine becomes unavailable.

Complimentary Glasses

Complimentary glasses are valid only during the membership period in which they are issued.
Complimentary glasses must be consumed on-premise.
Complimentary glasses do not roll over and expire at the end of each monthly or quarterly membership period.

Policy Changes

In Contrada Vineyard & Kitchen reserves the right to modify Wine Club benefits, pricing, allocations, policies, or these Membership Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes prior to their effective date.
