  • Wine Club Membership Terms

  • All memberships automatically renew until cancelled.
  • Membership benefits apply to house wines only.
  • Billing & Processing

  • Monthly Wine Clubs (Charter Gold, Silver, and Bronze):
  • Dues are automatically billed on the 28th of each month to the card on file.
  • Charges are collected in advance.
  • Example: A January 28th charge covers your wine bottles and complimentary glasses for the month of February.
  • Important: If you sign up on or just before the 28th of the month (e.g., on the 27th), you will be charged again on the 28th for the following month’s membership. This ensures you receive uninterrupted benefits starting with your first full month of membership.
  • Quarterly Wine Clubs:
  • Your first charge occurs at sign-up, so you can immediately start enjoying your benefits.
  • Future charges occur on a set quarterly schedule: January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.
  • Payment Issues & Cancellations

  • If your payment is declined, you’ll receive an email notification.
  • We may try to process your dues up to 3 times more.
  • You have 10 days to update your payment info by logging into your account or emailing us at members@incontradavineyard.com.
  • If not resolved within 15 days of the billing date, your membership may be cancelled.
  • You may cancel your membership at any time, but dues are not prorated.
  • To cancel, you must email members@incontradavineyard.com by the 20th of the month to stop billing for the upcoming month.
  • After cancellation, any unclaimed bottles must be picked up within 90 days. After 90 days, unclaimed wines will be forfeited, as we cannot store them long-term.
  • Wine Pickup & Usage Guidelines

  • Wine must be picked up at the vineyard; we do not offer shipping at this time, but hope to in the future.
  • All wine pickups must be signed for by an adult age 21 or older.
  • If you’re unable to visit for a few months, we’ll hold your wine until your next visit — but full allocations must be picked up at once.
  • Example: A 2-bottle Charter membership must pick up both bottles together.
  • A maximum of 6 bottles per varietal may be picked up at one time.
  • Reserve wines are available for club pickup but limited to half of your bottle allocation:

          Bronze (2 bottles): 1 reserve
          Silver (4 bottles): 2 reserves
          Gold (6 bottles): 3 reserves

Complimentary glasses must be consumed on-premise and do not roll over to the next month or quarter.
