Curious about homesteading or making sourdough bread? Join us at your neighborhood vineyard for an evening of sourdough education and fun! Ticket holders will learn all about making sourdough from starters to loaves. This class will allow everyone to try the finished product, as well as take home a ready-to-bake loaf. 

Supplies included:

• Scraper
• Tea towel
• Razor Blade
• Sourdough Starter (used to provide many more years of baking fun!)
• Glass of champagne (to be enjoyed in celebration of your new sourdough journey!)
• Ready to bake loaf

What you'll need to bring:

• Large plastic or ceramic bowl (used to take your unbaked dough home)
• Apron
• Hair tie

Our class teacher will have prepared loaves available for purchase and will do a drawing or a few sourdough tools as well!

**Tickets cannot be refunded after May 3, 2024. If the event needs to be postponed or cancelled, we will credit you for a future event, or refunded accordingly, subject to the discretion of the vineyard management.
